The Village of Marissa is seeking applicants for Chief of Police.
We are seeking applicants with experience in police work, including considerable experience in police management and supervision. Must have a minimum of 8 years of law enforcement experience, and 4 years in a supervisory position.
Must also have certification as a law enforcement officer by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board or equivalent is required. If from another state the applicant must be able to obtain certification in Illinois.
