Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief of Police located in Markesan, WI. The Chief of Police will be responsible for overseeing police officers, managing police administration, coordinating criminal justice initiatives, leading criminal investigations, and overseeing police operations in the community.
Qualifications
· Experience in Police Administration and Police Operations
· Knowledge of Criminal Justice and Criminal Investigations
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Ability to work collaboratively with law enforcement agencies and community stakeholders
· Experience in developing and implementing law enforcement strategies
· Associate degree or greater in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or related field
