Regional Sales Manager – Covering North and South America
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with Airlines, MROs, OEMs, and key suppliers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts.
- Represent the company at EXPOs and customer meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer support.
- Travel extensively within the assigned region (70%+ travel required).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of aerospace sales experience with an established industry network.
- Proven track record in business development and closing deals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region.
