Commerce City is looking for an IT Service Desk Manager to lead our service desk team and ensure smooth, efficient, and reliable technology support across the organization.In this role, you’ll oversee IT support operations, manage hardware and software services, and drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting, team leadership, and IT project execution—ensuring that service commitments are met with excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in supporting city departments with essential technology solutions, from desktops and mobile devices to audio/visual systems and network troubleshooting.

Hiring Salary Is Dependent Upon Experience.

The hiring range for the $105,000 - $116,500.00 Annually

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Technology Management, Business administration or a related field and at least five years of progressively responsible service desk and end user support experience required. Three years of supervisory experience is required. 5 years of experience in administering software applications in a Microsoft environment, end user hardware including mobile devices and managing and supporting audio visual systems preferred IT service management system experience is required. CJIS certified or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
