Qualifications: Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. Applicant must have general knowledge of lawn care, plumbing and carpentry. Knowledge of mechanical equipment and repair is preferred. Must be twenty-five (25) and have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license. Must meet NIGC licensing requirements and pass pre-employment drug test. Flexibility to work any shift as needed or assigned. (Includes weekends / Nights/ and holidays). Candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently. Applicant must be able to perform heavy lifting in excess of fifty pounds, bending, stooping, walking, and standing.
Responsibilities And Duties
The employee will keep furniture, fixtures, and the physical structure of all building in good repair and/or schedule outside professional to repair when needed. The employee will perform painting, carpentry, other maintenance duties, and make minor repairs to mechanical equipment.
- Required to drive a vehicle to locate and pick up parts when needed
- Required to drive to all KGI locations as needed
- Provide carpentry work.
- Paints all surfaces according to instructions
- Attends to all plumbing, sewer, heating, air conditioning, and roof repairs.
- Repairs office furniture, puts together office furniture
- Reports to the Facilities Manager for instructions and guidelines
- Ability to communicate verbally and orally with vendors
- Ability to blend personalities with co-workers, vendors and management
- Responsible for monitoring, stocking and cleaning area
- Ensures that exceptional internal and external guest service standards are always number one
- Must wear your gaming badge at all, times while on duty or conducting company business
- Be courteous and professional at all time to co-workers, guests, vendors or anyone you may have contact with while on duty
- Any duties that may be assigned by immediate supervisor
