THE POSITION

Main Activities and Responsibilities

Reporting organizationally to the local Venue Operations Director, the tournament time staff will play a key role in delivering the Club World Cup 2025 and FIFA World Cup 2026 tournaments. Responsibilities include:


  • Supporting the execution of operational and logistical plans across tournament venues and locations.

  • Being present on-site during events to oversee operations, provide real-time problem-solving, and ensure smooth delivery.

  • Managing tasks related to various functional areas, coordinating with teams and stakeholders to achieve operational goals.

  • Working closely with venue teams, contractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with FIFA guidelines and local regulations.

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations within assigned areas.

  • Monitoring schedules, tracking progress, and addressing any operational challenges that arise.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the USA, Canada, and Mexico to align on deliverables and timelines.

  • Upholding FIFA's commitment to excellence by ensuring all operational aspects meet or exceed standards.





YOUR PROFILE

FIFA Club World Cup 25 Skills FrameworkExperience with Waste Management and or Enviornmental Services. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, promote a circular economy, minimize waste generation, and ensure excellent cleaning services provision. Work with tournament functional areas and stadium teams to implement a holistic waste management approach, including prevention, minimization, repurposing, segregation, composting, and recycling.
