Pay Plan
This opportunity is non-exempt and on Pay Grade #11. The full Pay Grade Range is shown for growth and development opportunities within the grade. Salary determination is supported by budget availability and qualifications of the candidate to maintain internal equity.
Hiring Range: $25.66-$31.43
Min $25.66 ($53,375)
Mid $31.43 ($65,378)
Max $37.20 ($77,382)

Eligibility
Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Urban Planning, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or Finance.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and other relevant software.
Understanding of data management principles and best practices.
Knowledge of program management processes and strategies for economic development.
Skills
Strong analytical skills for evaluating economic trends, business needs, and development opportunities.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with internal teams, external stakeholders, and the local business community.
Abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and apply appropriate judgment in decision-making.
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers, particularly Coppell businesses.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to foster a business climate that supports business attraction, retention, and sustainable economic growth.
