Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Division Manager at the City of San José. The Division Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, and ensuring the division's goals and objectives are met. This role is located in San Jose, CA.

Budgeting and Financial Management skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Project Management and Strategic Planning skills
Experience in Local Government or Public Administration
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
Knowledge of City of San José policies and procedures is a plus
