The Role

The City Manager serves as the Chief Administrative Officer, appointed by the Mayor and Council. This leader will oversee day-to-day operations of all municipal departments and work directly with elected officials to implement the city's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Administer all city functions with integrity, transparency, and efficiency

·      Prepare and manage the city’s annual operating budget

·      Lead capital improvement projects and infrastructure upgrades

·      Cultivate relationships with residents, stakeholders, and regional partners

·      Supervise department heads and guide city staff development

·      Secure funding through grants and intergovernmental initiatives
