IT Project Administrator

Permabilt Industries is seeking an IT Project Administrator that has prior experience automating manual processes with software. This position will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, identify and implement new technology to improve and automate processes. If you enjoy working with IT systems and overseeing manual process improvements this role is for you.

This is not a typical Network IT position. This position will be responsible for reviewing current manual processes (AP Entry, Material Lists, Inventory, etc) and finding AI solutions and/or software to automate those processes. Responsibilities

• Assess current IT systems and recommend new technology to improve performance
• Research, evaluate, and implement new technology for automation of manual processes
• Be the expert for newly implemented technology and provide training and support to end users
• Set up and maintain computers, networks, and IT systems
• Manage cybersecurity and data protection
• Work with management team to align IT with company goals
  
  

Required

• 3 years experience managing IT transitions/projects
• Strong understanding of AI automation technologies and their application in business processes
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Server and Networking systems, and It infrastructure
• 3 years hands on experience setting up new computers, networking computers and cloud based systems
• 3 years experience troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
• Strong problem solving skills and mindset
  
  

This is an in office position, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with an hour lunch

Salary Range $80k - $100K DOE

Salary: $80000 - $100000 per year
