About The Organization
The City of Pasco operates under a Council-Manager form of government, where a seven-member City Council sets policy direction and appoints a professional City Manager to lead day-to-day operations. Backed by a strong and collaborative Executive Team—including a Deputy City Manager, Assistant City Manager, and nine Department Directors—the City Manager plays a central role in turning Council vision into action.
Pasco serves a growing population of over 82,000 residents across 37.5 square miles with a talented and dedicated workforce of 505 FTEs. The City operates with a biennial budget of $521.7 million, including $150.8 million in capital investments, and delivers a wide range of essential services through departments such as Community & Economic Development, Finance, Fire, Human Resources, IT, Municipal Court, Parks & Recreation, Police, Public Works, and the City Manager’s Office.

Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $230,000 – $295,000 DOQ. The City offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid leave, PERS retirement, a deferred compensation program, relocation assistance, and other executive benefits.
