Attorney III: $126,184 – $142,104

About the Opportunity:
The Yakima County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is looking for skilled, motivated attorneys to join our dynamic legal team! We currently have openings at the Attorney II and Attorney III levels. You’ll work in a supportive, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth, collaboration, and meaningful public service.
Your assignment will be based on your experience and interest, and could include one of the following exciting divisions:
⚖️ Juvenile
⚖️ District Court
⚖️ Felony
⚖️ Special Assault
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Attorney II
- WA State Bar Member
- 4+ years of law practice experience
🎓 Attorney III
- WA State Bar Member
- Admission to the WA State Supreme Court
- 8+ years of law practice experience
What You’ll Need:
- Valid WA State Driver’s License & proof of insurance
- Successful completion of background check (may include fingerprinting)
