The Utility Engineer performs administrative and professional engineering work in the design and construction of Storm Sewer Utility projects performed by staff, consultants, contractors, and/or other government agencies. Supervises staff, has budgetary authority, managing Utility’s annual operating budget. Will provide direction and vision for completing work associated with responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
The job requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field and six or more years of storm water facilities design experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. A valid driver’s license is also required.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $115,918 to $150,675. Excellent benefit package to include a defined contribution retirement plan.
