The Senior Management Analyst in the Utilities Department is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and implementing programs and performing complex budgetary, financial, and analytical functions for the department and overseeing assigned operational projects, procedures, and programs. This role includes the development and administration of the wastewater operating and capital improvements budgets, preparing financial reports and supporting long-range planning efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utilities administration, with experience managing both water and wastewater enterprise funds. They will be highly skilled in developing and administrating complex operating and capital budgets and will have a proven track record in contract management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field, plus 5 years experience in public management experience (preferably local government). A Master's Degree is preferred.
