ANTICIPATED WORK SCHEDULE:
- Full-time (Monday-Friday shifts) 40 hours per week with some nights and weekends as needed.
- This position is eligible to work remotely one-two days per week dependent upon successful completion of the probationary period and supervisor approval. Schedule may vary depending on specific needs.
- Must be able to work on-call schedule as assigned and understands the On-Call policy for the department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Document Management: Responsible for receiving, managing, organizing, and distributing all project-related documentation. In charge of project folder setup, folder management and formulating project registries.
- Thorough review of project design specifications and Architect/Engineer supplemental instructions (ASI) to ensure compliance with Town Standards & Specifications and the Unified Development Code.
- Review, interpret, and respond to contractor shop drawings, requests for information (RFI), and product data submittals.
- Prepare recommendations for design revisions and improvements. Respond to design team and contractor proposed design revisions.
- Schedule, coordinate and conduct pre-construction phase, construction phase, and warranty phase meetings involving Town staff, contractors, public utilities representatives, consultants, and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ’s).
- Coordinate and resolve field construction issues involving change orders, RFI’s, ASI’s, and other modifications to the plans and specifications.
- Create and manage construction project schedules.
- Monitor and assess actual construction progress against contractor’s stated progress on the schedule of values to ensure alignment. Provide regular progress updates to Project Managers and Facilities Division Manager.
- Perform project field inspections and create/distribute owner punch lists.
- Prepare inspection and warranty reports as necessary, maintaining comprehensive records of inspection and warranty claims.
- Receive, review, and ensure completeness of project closeout documentation required for initial and final project acceptance.
- Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from contractors and the public regarding construction, alteration, and maintenance projects.
- Proficiently analyze and interpret the Unified Development Code and Town of Erie Standards and Specifications.
- Work closely with project managers, consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless information flow. Prepare ad-hoc templates and reports on projects as required.
- Collaborate with other Town departments and divisions to enhance operational efficiency, develop standard operating procedures, and implement initiatives.
