The City of Henderson announces an examination to create an eligibility list and to fill one (1) vacancy for the classification of Performance and Innovation Systems Specialist in the Department of Performance & Innovation. The eligibility list may be utilized to fill vacancies for this classification for up to one (1) year.
Under general supervision, provides a variety of detailed technology and systems support, administrative, and analytical support work; and performs related duties as assigned.
Position Details:
The person in this position will serve as the administrator of three enterprise systems (electronic signature and tracking, customer relationship management, and open data), create and deploy related training, and provide premier customer support to craft business solutions that enhance efficiency and support decision-making.

Salary placement for non-represented positions is based on a comprehensive compensation review and takes into consideration the candidate's qualifications as well as internal equity.<span class="fr-mk" style="display: none;"> </span><span class="fr-mk" style="display: none;"> </span>- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in public administration, business administration, or a closely related field
- Three (3) years of full-time experience performing computer hardware or software support, account management, project management, and/or customer relationship management; research; and preparation of analytical reports
- Note: An equivalent combination of related education, experience, and training may be considered
- Desirable: Experience performing analytical support duties for a municipal government
- Desirable: Experience with software administration or licensing
- Desirable: Customer support for a public sector/organization
- Desirable: Experience with CRM, Data Visualization, and/or Electronic Signature Routing Software
