The Town of Bridger is accepting applications for a full-time Chief of Police. The position performs a variety of duties including but not limited to enforcing state, federal, and local laws, and pursuing and apprehending those that break those laws as well as supervising all police department employees.
The successful applicant must have at least seven (7) years experience in police work. Please include a resume making appropriate effort to address the Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed on the job description as well as the Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
The successful applicant would be eligible for Public Employee Retirement, Group Health Benefits and paid vacation, sick and holiday time. Starting wage is DOE.
