Classification: Grade 8 (Local 1626)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt; AS/OC.
Position Description: Legal office support to County Attorney and Assistant County Attorneys by preparing legal documents, electronically filing court documents, maintaining electronic and physical files, updating and monitoring complex calendars to meet court and statutory deadlines, and communicating with appropriate parties to provide information and coordinate cases.

Work Hours: The normal hours of work shall be 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, overtime as necessary and approved.
