Take the lead in shaping the future of our City’s facilities.
We’re looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Facilities Division Superintendent to guide our team and ensure our buildings and properties are well-maintained, efficient, and safe.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on:
• Supporting and supervising a dedicated facilities team
• Planning, prioritizing, and assigning daily work
• Reviewing invoices and managing bid solicitations
• Authorizing expenditures and overseeing project coordination
• Preparing monthly reports and developing the Facilities Division’s recommended budget
• Tracking spending and maintaining detailed maintenance records
We’re seeking someone with strong skills in budgeting, personnel leadership, and project management, paired with solid expertise in facilities and property maintenance.
The typical working hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

An Associate’s Degree in a related field and six years of directly related experience, two years of which must be supervisory or lead; training and experience must be sufficient to meet requirements depending on assignment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed in the
job description.Licensing requirements:
- Oregon Driver’s License – Class C
