Under direct supervision, performs a variety of paraprofessional and office support tasks in the field of environmental health; enters data into a variety of software systems; updates and maintains specialized environmental health records; and performs related duties as assigned.
Licensing and Certifications:
Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate valid California Driver’s License.
Education and Experience:
Completion of at least thirty (30) semester units from an accredited college or university, which included a minimum of six (6) semester units in the biological or physical sciences.
OR
One (1) year of full-time experience performing a variety of office or administrative support work in a field environment related to environmental health, including experience in a position requiring substantial public contact.
