- Miller Dedicated Services - Supports customers in outsourcing their transportation needs by providing vehicles, drivers, fuel, insurance, and overall industry expertise.
- Miller Brokerage Services - Provides on-demand capacity solutions through our network of reliable carriers.
Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Financial Analyst will discover and interpret key insights from our data, directly influencing the company's strategic and financial decision-making.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Annual Budget and Forecasting:Work with the Miller Truck Leasing VP of Finance to prepare the annual budgetConduct quarterly forecasts to adjust for financial changesDevelop and maintain cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidityFinancial Dashboards and Reporting:
- Create and manage dashboards that present key metrics and financial performance
- Develop and report on a balanced scorecard to track and communicate business performance
- Implement and manage a reporting tool (e.g., Hyperion) to consolidate financial data across multiple entities.
- Other:
- Assess company projects' return on investment (ROI) and provide actionable insights
- Conduct financial analysis, review product profitability, and align financial and operational goals
- Be a subject matter expert on lease accounting
- Support the treasury function by providing necessary documentation and files for new credit lines and renewals
- Support daily cash management and liquidity planning.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- High integrity and a growth mindset
- Excellent business judgment and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated skill in building financial models
- The ability to indirectly influence peers and co-workers to achieve goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Effective communication skills with co-workers and senior-level business partners
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
