PRIMARY DUTY:
Provide service to members, guests, vendors and customers, responsible for creating the first and last impressions of the facility experience. Provide administrative support for daily facility operations. Serve in lead customer service capacity backing up staff as needed. Responsible for opening/closing procedures, facility bookings, resolution of customer service issues.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- One year of work related customer service and special events experience required.
- High School Diploma required.
- CPR and First Aid preferred.
