Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the facilities at our Las Vegas location, ensuring that all buildings and grounds are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage daily operations, coordinate with vendors, handle emergencies, and implement strategies for the long-term upkeep and improvement of Unicity’s Las Vegas facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and daily operations of Unicity’s facilities in Las Vegas, NV.
- Manage building security and safety systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Develop and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify necessary repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices to reduce operational costs.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment inventories.
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues, providing effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role..
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
