- Performing a wide variety of legal clerical work in support of staff attorneys to include preparing, checking and processing legal forms, documents, and related materials.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
At time of application, you must be a citizen, national or permanent resident alien of the United States or a non-citizen eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
Equivalent to graduation from high school.Responsible work experience which demonstrated the ability to perform the essential functions of the job may be substituted for education.
Experience Requirement
Three years of progressively responsiblelegal clerical work experience involving the preparation, typing and processing of a variety of legal forms and documents which required substantive knowledge of common legal terminology, procedures, practices, forms and documents.
Substitution: Relevant education and training from a regionally-accredited college or university in a legal office administration, legal assistance, legal secretary, paralegal, or law program may be used to substitute for some of the required legal clerical experience. The amount of time credited for the substitution will be dependent on the specific program you completed.
Education obtained outside of the United States must be comparable to a degree earned at a regionally-accredited college/university in the United States. In order to receive credit for the education, a foreign credential evaluation (FCE) must be provided. We also reserve the right to request further information about your academic program, evidence of comparability, or an original transcript.
Verification Requirement: You must submit evidence of your education in order to be given credit for the substitution. Please attach an electronic copy of your diploma and/or official transcript which shows the embossed seal or applicable FCE to your application.
