The City of Lincoln’s Transportation and Utilities (LTU) Department is looking for a visionary leader to join our 630-member team as the Assistant Director of Utilities. LTU plays a crucial role in providing essential transit, transportation, and utility services that keep Lincoln moving and thriving, year-round.
In this influential role, the Assistant Director will work closely with the LTU Director to organize, direct, and support the strategic initiatives and daily operations of our water, wastewater, watershed, and solid waste teams. Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with coursework in public or business administration, engineering or related field plus six years of experience in municipal public works and utilities programs; or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the desirable knowledge, abilities and skills.
