SGR seeks an experienced servant leader excited about contributing to an exceptional team to be our new Client Services Manager.

The Client Services Manager will help SGR transform local governments by building long-term, productive relationships with existing and potential clients through excellent communication, engagement, and execution.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree as well as experience in sales or customer service, including lead generation and management, pairing their knowledge of local government with effective sales techniques based on the industry.

Candidates should be highly collaborative self-starters with extraordinary customer service skills who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced work environments and have the self-discipline to work independently and manage resources effectively in a remote organizational environment. SGR employees are passionate about making a difference and helping others, and they pride themselves on thinking outside the box while recommending creative solutions to complex problems.

The ideal candidate is flexible, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent, with outstanding organizational, communication, and presentation skills and meticulous attention to detail. They understand how to multi-task while remaining detail-oriented, and they never lose sight of the big picture. They are also proficient in cloud-based storage and various digital platforms, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Windows, and CRM software.

SGR is a 100% remote work company and team members are expected to have and maintain adequate internet connectivity and workspace from which to be successful. SGR provides the necessary technology and equipment for work operations. Team members communicate frequently each day to ensure excellence in client service delivery. Occasional in-person team meetings and special events, such as conferences, should be anticipated, so candidates must be based in the US in Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones only.

The salary range for this position is $56,726 - $88,634 annually depending on experience and qualifications. Anticipated work hours for this position are from 8 am - 5 pm (CST) Monday - Friday.
