Position Overview:

Access Healthcare LLC, a premier healthcare staffing firm, is seeking a skilled Payroll Processor with a strong emphasis on customer service. The successful candidate will be pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing through effective communication with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation such as timecards. This role demands a high level of dedication to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contact healthcare providers to collect and verify timecards and other payroll documentation.
Process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain high levels of data entry accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
Address and resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies, providing high-quality customer service to enhance provider satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers through regular and effective communication.
Issue detailed statements of earnings and deductions and respond to any queries regarding the same.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on payroll activities.
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations concerning payroll and employment.
Assist in payroll audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a customer service-oriented role.

Exceptional telephone and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in data entry and management.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
