Kirby Bates Associates has been exclusively retained by Architech Sports & Physical Therapy (ASPT) to conduct a search for their new Chief Financial Officer as they continue their rapid growth in the Carolinas.

Working with professional athletes, ASPT is the premier physical therapy and sports performance company in the Greater Charlotte area with offices in North and South Carolina.

Oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or Finance).
Certified Public Accountant or CPA candidate preferred.
7-10 years relevant experience, including a significant role as a standalone finance/accounting leader for an investor-owned healthcare business.
Experience in multi-site, retail-oriented locations in a health wellness industry is preferred.
Experience with investor plus lender reporting packages and analytics.
Able to credibly articulate financial information to board members.
