Role Overview: The City Manager reports to the City Council and oversees all city operations, including budgeting, policy enforcement, staff management, and community relations. The role is crucial for driving the city's growth while maintaining its unique character.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead city operations and implement council goals and policies.
Oversee budgeting, financial management, and HR functions.
Promote economic development and community engagement.
Manage capital projects and infrastructure improvements.
Serve as the primary liaison between the city and various stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a strategic, technology-savvy leader with experience in municipal budgeting, economic development, and personnel management. Bilingual in English and Spanish, they are approachable, relationship-focused, and passionate about public service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum of 2 years in local government, with supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of fund accounting and municipal budgeting.

Compensation:

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
