About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Strategy Officer to join our team in the Durable Goods Manufacturing industry. As the Chief Strategy Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with the executive team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement and provide guidance and direction to the organization. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration , Finance, or related field
10+ years of experience in strategic planning and execution
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in business administration or related field
Experience in the Durable Goods Manufacturing industry
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
Experience in mergers and acquisitions
Experience in international business
