Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Code Enforcement Officer at the City of Osawatomie. The Code Enforcement Officer will be responsible for tasks such as enforcing local ordinances, conducting property inspections, addressing code violations, and providing customer service to residents.
Qualifications
- Code Enforcement and Inspection skills
- Knowledge of Land Use regulations
- Law Enforcement background
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Certifications are a plus
