THIS IS A 30 HOURS PER WEEK POSITION WITH FULL BENEFIT PACKAGE.Under general direction, perform a wide variety of secretarial duties for the human resources department. Work varies; individual judgment is required within generally prescribed standards and procedures.Perform reception duties to make visitors feel welcome; answer and forward calls to appropriate department; draft and prepare written or electronic correspondence; input information into computer and run routine to semi difficult reports and charts; prepare average to routine to semi difficult spreadsheets, charts and reports; process seasonal employee paperwork; enter confidential data into a records management system; file, sort, scan and organize information; schedule meetings and prepare meeting materials, assist with special projects, and provide support to the administration team. Perform overtime as required and other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school. Prior administrative or professional office experience with strong computer and customer service skills. Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge preferred.
