The City of Monticello is currently accepting applications for a full-time, in-person, utility billing specialist to join the City of Monticello. Qualified candidates for this position must have 3+ years of clerical and customer service experience, at least 1 year of which included experience processing automated billing and/or accounts receivable. Completion of a 2-year degree in accounting or similar education can substitute for up to 1 year of the required experience.
