The County of Volusia is seeking an experienced Planner II for the Emergency Management Division. This position is located in Daytona Beach, Florida, and will be responsible for a full range of professional Emergency Management, Planning and Homeland Security functions of moderate to complex difficulty with minimal supervision. Primarily responsible for pre-incident planning, development, and maintenance of Volusia County Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan, associated annexes and associated procedures, and mitigation planning. Emphasis is placed conducting and coordinating advanced disaster planning and/or crisis management activities.
