What You Will Do
As Capital Projects Engineering Manager, you will lead a talented team and oversee major projects from concept to completion. You will guide planning, design, and construction for public improvements that make Wilsonville a great place to live and work. This role is about collaboration, problem-solving, and building trust while delivering projects that matter.

Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Oregon Professional Engineer registration (or ability to obtain within six months).
- Six years of engineering experience, including three in public works or capital project management.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and project delivery skills.
