Hiring Salary: $325,000 - $375,000 DOE/DOQ
The City of Goodyear, Arizona, is seeking a City Manager to lead a full-service municipal organization delivering a comprehensive range of services through 16 departments, overseeing a total annual budget exceeding $1.2 billion, and supporting a workforce of 1,442 staff. Reporting to the Mayor and City Council, the City Manager provides executive leadership across municipal operations, service delivery, major initiatives, and long-range planning. Essential Functions

Requirements
Four (4) years of college resulting in a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Extensive executive experience in city or county management or equivalent executive leadership experience, and demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational leadership.
Preferred Master's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field.
The City of Goodyear offers a highly competitive benefits package including:
