The City of Pueblo is seeking POST certified candidates to be its next Court Marshal! As the Court Marshal in the Municipal Court, youllmaintain order, decorum and security in the courtroom and building, arrest and escort persons out upon the judges direction, detrain and supervise defendants awaiting transport to county jail and transport prisoner to jails. Youll also track court inmate census, execute arrest warrants within the Municipal Court, serve legal processes, deliver warrants and subpoenas to the Police Department and supervise the jury as necessary.
