Salary Range: $95,076.80 - $138,840.00 (starting wage contingent upon experience)
Wage Effective July 2026
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Job Summary
Directs the operational, financial, and personnel activities of the Neighborhood Services
Division (Community Development and Housing Inspection). Ensures division operates with a
focus on customer service and is responsive to community needs relative to affordable housing,
community development activities, administration of applicable state and federal grants,
housing inspections services and housing programs.
Minimum Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure, Other
Bachelor s degree from an accredited educational institution and three to five years of related
experience; or a masters degree and one to three years of related experience; or seven to nine
years of related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Business, or related. Experience in federal
grant administration, affordable housing, community development, or housing regulations.
