
Yamhill County has one regular full-time position for an HHS Supervisor. The Crisis and Criminal Justice Diversion is seeking an experienced and highly skilled supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary team serving individuals at the intersection of mental health and the criminal-legal system. This role requires advanced clinical expertise, strong supervisory capability, and deep knowledge of Oregon's aid and assist, jail diversion, and pre-civil commitment processes. The ideal candidate is a licensed professional who excels in complex systems, high acuity decision-making, and collaborative problem solving.

The Qualifications:
Required
- A Master’s degree or advanced training in a related field.
- Five years of relevant experience with progressive responsibilities in program administration or supervision.
- Graduate level course work and training may be substituted for up to two years’ experience.
- Credentialed as, or be able to obtain, a QMHP with licensure as LCSW or LPC/LMFT.
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience and ability to complete supervision towards licensure.
Preferred
Any satisfactory equivalent combination of experience and training which ensures the ability to perform the work may substitute for the above.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this position will have supervisory experience, strong skills in assessment, documentation, interagency communication, high-acuity decision making skills, knowledge of Oregon's OARs and ORS' as they related to aid and assist and pre-civil commitment. The Candidate should bring a growth-oriented leadership style and a clear interest in building staff expertise through mentorship, coaching and continuous learning.
