Job Position Description:
Are you a technical problem-solver who excels in high-volume, detail-intensive environments? We are looking for a Billing & Data Entry Specialist to ensure the responsible stewardship of our resources. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations for critical programs like the Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) grant. If you enjoy the satisfaction of a perfectly reconciled spreadsheet and navigating complex digital workflows, this is the role for you.
Abbreviated Duties List:
- High-repetition, reconciliation-intensive position that requires meticulous attention to detail across multiple platforms.
- Execute continuous data entry and billing requests for major grants (HRSN) and other assigned projects.
- Prepare and cross-reference fund requests using multiple external billing systems and internal software (Blackbaud/UNITE US).
- Perform daily or weekly reconciliations between program data and financial records to identify and correct discrepancies immediately.
- Scan, upload, and organize digital documentation to support Financial Analysts and external auditors during monitoring visits.
- Clearly communicate data discrepancies to program and finance staff to ensure seamless operations.
Abbreviated Requirements:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma/equivalent with three years of administrative support experience in high-volume data entry, medical billing/coding, or fiscal administration.
- Proven ability to manage repetitive, complex digital workflows with extreme accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and spreadsheets (including formulas and tables), charting, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interpret and explain technical data discrepancies to various stakeholders.
What Will Make You Stand Out:
