JOB OBJECTIVE: To provide assistance to customers at Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) managed parking facilities to include answering questions and providing general information to include directions, explaining charges, and other related information.

here.These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through the completion of High School or General Equivalency Diploma (GED), and one year (1) of customer service or related area. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
