About Us: Kampfire is looking to hire a seasoned event planner to work solely for one of its clients on the West Coast. The main scope of work includes activating Kampfire at the client's events across the US and helping integrate Kampfire into the company's tech stack. We're looking for a talented Corporate Event Planner to join our team. If you have a passion for creating memorable events, are tech-savvy, and are excited about working in a flexible, remote role with travel opportunities, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events across the United States.
Activate Kampfire at client events to enhance photo sharing and engagement.
Integrate Kampfire into the client's existing tech stack and workflows.
Collaborate with the client to understand event objectives and requirements.
Supervise event setup, execution, and teardown to ensure seamless operations.
Provide on-site support during events to address any issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve event planning processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Corporate Event Planner or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and integrate new software and tools.
Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple events simultaneously.
Experience with event management software and tools.
Willingness to travel across the US as required (estimated travel: 10-20% of the time).
