Role Overview:

We are seeking a Full-Time IT Specialist to manage the technical relationship between our company and our clients. While coding is not required, you must have a strong understanding of both our software and client systems (CTI, CRM, Salesforce). You’ll act as the key liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth integration and functionality of systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Liaison: Coordinate between our teams and clients to ensure smooth software integration and system functionality.
System Expertise: Gain deep familiarity with our software and client platforms, such as CTI, CRM, and Salesforce.
Project Coordination: Oversee IT projects and ensure alignment between internal and external stakeholders.
Troubleshooting: Assist in resolving any technical issues or questions from clients regarding system integration.
Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to increase the efficiency of IT operations.

Qualifications:

1 year of experience in IT management, technical consulting, or a related field.
Strong understanding of CTI, CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), and other client software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
No coding required, but technical understanding is a must.
