Job Description And Duties
Under the administrative direction of the Director, the Chief Deputy Director, Administration, is responsible to oversee and assist with the day-to-day administration of the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) administrative programs within Management Services, Fiscal Services, and the Technology Division in alignment with the Strategic Plan goals and objectives. The Chief Deputy Director, Administration is responsible for specific projects and priorities with statewide impact and may also be responsible to act as the Director and/or the Chief Deputy Director, Operations, in their absence.
