The person in this role will operate as a trusted advisor helping to embed equity considerations into the fabric of the organization. This role will be responsible for the execution of relevant programming, training, and other strategies to foster an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace. From consulting with departments on organizational needs, to creating and/or implementing new tools, processes and training, this role will work closely with departments to execute on strategies to achieve organizational equity and inclusion goals.

Provide racial equity focused consulting, team development, coaching, training and other related services to City departments, including developing and recommending equity and inclusion solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, business, public administration or directly related field.
- Two years of professional experience in training, coaching and/or consulting.
