What You Will Do

As Capital Projects Engineering Manager, you will lead a talented team and oversee major projects from concept to completion. You will guide planning, design, and construction for public improvements that make Wilsonville a great place to live and work. This role is about collaboration, problem-solving, and building trust while delivering projects that matter.

Your Background

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Oregon Professional Engineer registration (or ability to obtain within six months).
Six years of engineering experience, including three in public works or capital project management.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and project delivery skills.
