Job Summary
The VP of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) supports the global organization to achieve short, medium and long-term strategic and financial goals. In this role, you are responsible for leading a team dedicated to FP&A and a team dedicated to supporting the financial systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes Other Duties As Required)
- Lead the annual budget, forecast, and strategic planning process for the company, providing strong strategic leadership throughout.
- Build relationships with corporate leaders to ensure effective collaboration and financial alignment across departments.
- Oversee corporate financial reporting, finance systems, and ensure timely and accurate financial results are presented to senior management and the board of directors.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of processes to shift focus towards analysis and value-added activities.
- Partner with business units to provide financial guidance on key initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital planning, while ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to assess company performance and ensure financial health.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, supporting audits and risk management activities.
- Develop and mentor the finance team through active performance management and coaching.
- Lead organizational changes and ensure the financial planning function supports evolving business needs.
Skills/Qualifications/Education/Licenses & Certifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required; Masters preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance roles.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or similar planning roles.
- 5+ years of team leadership experience.
- Fundamental knowledge of ERP systems.
- Attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Strong data entry and 10-key touch.
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
