Poulsbo seeks a new Building Official. Join a great team that prides themselves in responsive delivery in a team environment.

We are seeking a strong leader, with building industry experience, code compliance knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to explain complex requirements, ask the right questions, and help customers anticipate next steps in the building process. Hours: This is an exempt position. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

Compensation: Starting pay is $112,345 – $119,186, depending on experience. The 2025 annual salary range is $112,345 – $130,238.
