Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or
GED.
- One year full-time, wage-earning stand-alone desktop computer,
network, or mainframe or Microsoft Azure Cloud environment experience

thirty semester hours from a college or university accredited by
an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education
Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of
Education (USDE).
- Experience in current version of Windows operating system providing
technical support and maintenance of Microsoft Office Suite or
equivalent to include the use of word processing, spreadsheet,
database, or presentation software programs preferred.
- Experience in information technology or a computer-related help desk
or computer-related customer service environment preferred.
- Valid Class C Driver License.
Must maintain valid license for continued employment in position.
- The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will
be $3,095.33.**
