One Federal Solution (OFS) is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial, budgeting, and business operations support for Federal Government requirements. The Senior Financial Analyst will oversee financial management activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, driving process improvements, and supporting real property financial management. This role requires expertise in budgeting, finance, audits, and business process improvement within the federal government. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for enforcing work standards across the Budget & Business Team and ensuring the successful execution of financial obligations.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Managing financial obligations and commitments related to federal programs/projects, particularly in real property financial management within the federal government.
- Providing oversight and enforcement of work standards across the Budget & Business Team.
- Assisting government agencies in audit-related activities.
- Supporting budget and finance functions specific to real property management in federal environments.
- Leading business process improvements related to infrastructure and construction within the federal government.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and financial regulations.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for daily operations to support and advance ICE goals, except in cases requiring formal approvals.
- Utilizing financial tracking systems such as RPMS for real property management.
- Providing timely responses (within one hour) to discussions and problem resolution requests.
- Being available Monday through Friday from 0800 to 1700 Eastern Time, with potential weekend or after-hours availability for project-related emergencies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five (5) years of experience managing financial obligations and commitments for federal programs or projects.
- Seven (7) years of supervisory experience.
- Experience assisting government agencies with audit-related activities.
- Knowledge of budget and finance functions related to federal real property management.
- Expertise in business process improvement for federal infrastructure and construction projects.
- Proficiency in financial and business management software, including RPMS.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business, or an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from an accredited institution.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Professional Engineer (PE) license, or Architectural Registration (license).
- U.S. citizen or legal resident with fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
